Jamie, Jo and Sally are massage experts with a wealth of training and experience and many years of practice, which enables them to tailor a treatment to suit your needs. They have advanced skills in Massage and Bodywork; including Sports and Remedial Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy and JFB Myofascial Release Therapy. Their clients include Neil Diamond, Björk, Damon Albarn, Elbow, Emeli Sande, Mumford & Sons, Ellie Goulding and many other artists. They are loved and trusted by artists for good reasons and at Wilderness they are here for you.

Some appointments may also be available during the festival. We will have a receptionist available in the mornings who can help you and ad-hoc chair treatments available during the day too
Relaxation Massage: Get transported to the land of bliss. A de-stressing massage using aromatherapy oils, with soft, flowing techniques to help you unwind.
1-hour £75
Stimulating/Invigorating Massage: Incorporating deep tissue techniques, mobilisations, stretches and RhythmMobility™, all aimed at easing your stiffness, aches and pains and getting you moving again. Can be performed with or without oils.

Hot Stones Massage: A specialty massage using smooth, heated stones that are placed on different parts of the body and used as an extension of the therapist’s hands. The heat helps relax and ease locked in tensions allowing deep release. The stones themselves are basalt and have been smoothed by natural forces in the river or sea.

Myofascial Release: Everyone is talking about fascia. Come and experience this highly specialised treatment, without oils, to help release restrictions and re-balance your body.

Myofascial Release with multiple-hands: The most profound method of release. Not just one but two therapists, working in harmony, to support your healing process. This is rarely available in the UK, so take advantage!

Sports and Remedial Massage: This will include an assessment of your alignment and tissues followed by a targeted treatment for those nagging problems. Focusing on your musculoskeletal issues to help you get the results you want.

The Works: Incorporating a full range of massage techniques in a full body experience; including scalp, face, hands and feet. Expect to feel great after this. The ultimate in relaxation and release.
1.5-hours £110
Couples Massage: Come along with your partner, receive treatments at the same time and share the blissful experience together.

Reflexology: A treat for your feet and a complete treatment in itself. Reflexology balances the whole body by stimulating points on your feet. So relaxing and so good for you too.
1-hour £75
On-site Chair Massage: These will be available on a first-come, first-served basis throughout the 4 days. Treatments are performed through clothing and can be adapted to suit your needs at the time. We use specially designed, Oakworks, ergonomic chairs for your comfort.
